Return and Refund Policy

At AMAZING BISCOTTI by Claudia, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the perishable nature of food items and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on food products.

Once a food item has left our facility, we cannot ensure its integrity for resale; therefore, all food sales are final.

While we don't accept returns, we want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, expired, or contaminated, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us make it right, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

If we sent you the wrong item (hey, we’re human!), please let us know immediately. We will ship out the correct item at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund for the missing product. 

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of AMAZING BISCOTTI by Claudia and are generally reserved for:

• Items damaged during transit.
• Missing items from an order.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Taste Preference: Food is subjective, and we cannot issue refunds because an item wasn't to your personal liking.
• Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Items left unattended: We are not responsible for items that spoil due to being left unattended after delivery.
